Release is for individuals ready to process emotional pain, break through internal blocks, and heal at the root. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, burnout, identity shifts, or longstanding patterns of self-doubt—this space is here to hold what you’ve carried and help you let it go.

 

Psychotherapy is an exciting and transformative adventure. Together, we’ll assess, diagnose, and treat while exploring the experiences of your past to guide you toward a brighter future. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that your healing journey is not only effective—but deeply meaningful.

 

We may draw from a range of evidence-based and integrative modalities, including:

     •  Brainspotting (BSP) for trauma resolution

     •  CBT, Narrative, and Psychodynamic Therapy

     •  Internal Family Systems (IFS)

     •  Mindfulness and Somatic-based practices

     •  Client-Centered and Solution-Focused 

     •  Grounded in trauma-informed, holistic care

 

Healing takes time—and we’ve got space for that. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended to provide the continuity and support you deserve. Think of it as a regular check-in on your journey to becoming the most grounded and empowered version of yourself.

 

To access Release, you must be physically located in Virginia.

Restore is for those seeking to nurture their mind-body connection and reclaim their inner balance through integrative, non-clinical practices. Whether you’re navigating burnout, emotional fatigue, or simply yearning to feel more grounded, this offering creates space to pause, breathe, and realign.

 

Services may include:

    •    Breathwork for nervous system regulation

    •    Sound healing and vibrational therapy

    •    Energy work and chakra alignment

    •    Grounding rituals and guided self-reflection

    •    Mindfulness-based tools 

 

These sessions are rooted in intentional, heart-centered care—not diagnosis or clinical treatment. They are ideal for individuals who are in transition, in between therapy, or simply seeking restorative support on their personal journey.

 

Please note: Restore services are self-pay and not covered by insurance,

as they are considered non-clinical wellness offerings.
